In CERADA catalogue you can use three main filters:

  • Search box
  • Interactive map
  • Tag clouds

It means that you can add any filter to your current results just by clicking on it. Active filters appear in right up corner. In case that you reconsider your choice of filter you can disable it easily by clicking on "x" symbol next to an active filter.

EXAMPLE:

My goal: Find RnD partner in Slovakia who is focused on an automotive systems development.

How can I find partnership within CERADA space?

One of the most added values of CERADA catalogue compare to some other databases or yellow pages is that you can find partnership in a particular area and see references from your partners. You can use any search way but you need to KEEP in mind that CERADA catalogue is showing by default ONLY PROFILES so when you want to see REFERENCES you have to click on radio button to switch it (it is on the right side under box with active filters).

EXAMPLE:

My goal: Find a partnership for materials development from Czech Republic

In next window I can see:

How can I open the record?

Record or profile you can open either by clicking on a zoom button which is on the left side (next to the name of profile) or by clicking on last line in profile (line is highlithed by red color).

What is the best way to search profiles regionally?

If you need to browse CERADA mostly regionally best tool for you is an „interactive map“. In this map you can see countries of CERADA space highlighted, because they contain profiles and also references. In other countries you can find only references posted by countries from CERADA space.

When you are moving with your mouse over countries you can see names of countries (to be sure that you are clicking on a right country).

What do those words in a right down corner mean?

In the right down corner you can find a "tag cloud". This "tag cloud" represents keywords that are used in profiles the most often. It means that keywords used the most often are bigger then those which were used less.

DO NOT FORGET: after using "tag cloud" you can add another filter up to your needs.
