15. Brief annotation The department was created to provide technical support for teaching special subjects and courses "Computer Practice", "Support system design" and "Computer Aided Design.
Five computer laboratories allow practise of many courses use computers, teaching 2D and 3D graphics editors, and construction drawings, plotting on large-format printers. Modern computer software allows also to model buildings in 3D, visualize objects and to put them to the photos. A number of specialized software helps students calculate the static and the tasks of building services, working with GIS, to review the safety of structures.
The department works closely with all departments FAST for teaching students, providing training and further education with emphasis on the use new teaching methods, devices, and e-learning.
